As the Lead Technical Recruiter, I play a critical role in executing on organizational wide initiatives to tackle some of our biggest challenges including finding and hiring the best talent we can find, and so much more across the company. I provide the most efficient, and impactful hiring experience so Business Unit Leaders can focus on contributing to Earnest’s products & services.
