I'm Gamal Aly — a recruiting-execution specialist and native New Yorker who gets in the trenches and does the hiring. Sourcing, screening, closing, and building the recruiting engines that let companies scale. Not advice from the sidelines — delivery.

For the last decade I've run full-cycle searches from IC to executive across engineering, product, data, design, finance, and go-to-market — at Series-stage startups and at enterprise scale. Today I pair hands-on hiring with AI-enabled tooling to lift quality of hire and cut months off of every search.
