Inventions & creations — the fun stuff.

A running collection of the tools, agents, and experiments I build — some to sharpen how I hire, some purely because I couldn't not build them.

Custom GPTs

The fun parts of my talent execution & strategy brain — plus a few obsessions — carefully uploaded into GPTs.

01Operational AI

OrgOS

An AI agent that conducts structured organizational diagnostics for startups and growth-stage companies. It works through a multi-stage assessment methodology — business strategy, organizational structure, execution, leadership capability, hiring maturity, and operational readiness — before it generates any recommendations, and each stage is gated by evidence requirements so the output stays grounded in validated information rather than assumptions.

02Talent

Talent Kickoff Sourcer

A full suite of gated questions that sets a recruiter on the right course for a candidate search. It builds the ideal candidate profile, recruiter screen questions from intake notes and the JD, career-site app-screen questions to surface the best applicants, a talent / market mapping exercise, ideal companies to poach from, and outbound campaign foundations to hook the best candidates.

My Hiring Framework

The fun parts of my talent execution & strategy brain, carefully uploaded into a GPT — my end-to-end approach to running a search, in a form you can put to work.

Competency Discovery Agent

Turns your top performers into a repeatable talent standard. The agent interviews high performers across roles and functions, gathers specific examples of how they think, decide, execute, influence, and learn, then separates real performance signals from noise, groups validated patterns into competencies, and turns them into structured interview questions, scoring rubrics, and calibration tools — an evidence-based hiring framework built from how your best people actually operate, not guesswork.

05Utility

The NEC (National Electric Code) Bible

Interactively runs users through the myriad of NEC building codes and processes project plans, pictures, and existing building code to verify compliance with the National Electric Code (NFPA 70). Handy for doing electrical work in your home or confirming an electrician's work meets safety codes.

Peekskill Ordinance Robot

A custom GPT I built because I've honestly never seen a more complex set of rules and regulations for a city — and this is my city. It runs you through Peekskill's municipal ordinances so you can actually make sense of them.

YAML Agent

A flow that validates, creates, debugs, and verifies YAML code.

GitHub Repos & Packages

Tools I've shipped — some for recruiting, some purely for the joy of building.

Recruiting ROI Calculator

A frank, realistic analysis of the viability of an open search: how rare the skill-set is, where the talent exists, IF it exists, and whether the role composition makes sense from a functional and technical-skills perspective.

Bayesian — Brier Score Prediction Tool

Draws on my volunteering with “Good Judgment” in concert with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. It assigns a Brier score to a hypothesis and, as more information is added, walks you through a probabilistic score rooted in Bayesian principles — combining Brier calibration with a Bayesian prediction model and posterior probabilities to show how well a hypothesis fits the data. Think of it as a failsafe.

HumanCheck — Resume AI Detector

An app that identifies which qualities of a resume may be AI-generated and produces a confidence score based on signal identification. A helpful tool to figure out what's fake and what's REAL.

Alpha Build — Interview Risk Scorer

A patent-pending tool I created after growing exhausted with candidates using AI through interviews. It consumes video / audio / textual information from interviews, scores it 0–100 (higher = higher chance of AI fraud), and highlights and explains which sections may be fraudulent and why. Supply your Anthropic / OpenAI / Gemini API and it runs a detailed analysis of the source. A small feature of a larger conversational-trust infrastructure suite I've planned called AttestGrid (still a hobby — but a fun one).

Tiny PSX Emulator

A fully-featured PlayStation machine emulator, built for research purposes. Don't use unlicensed ISOs with it.

PSX Disc File Structure Extractor

A file-structure extractor for PS1 discs — a companion to the emulator, also for research purposes. Don't use unlicensed ISOs with it.

Movie Cover Art Downloader

I have a pretty large movie collection, so I built this to work in tandem with my library and download movie cover art — part of my un-ending mission to have all the details.
